Microwave Rice Cooker

How to Cook Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 go rice (150g)

  • 240ml water

For half portion:

  • 75g rice

  • 120ml water

Instructions

1. Rise the Rice

Place rice into the container and rinse with water several times.

When draining water, lock the lid and pour water out through the drainage opening to help prevent rice from spilling.

No rinsing is required for pre-washed rice.

2. Soak the Rice

After draining, add water and lock the lid.

Soak for:

  • At least 30 minutes

  • Around 1 hour during winter

3. Microwave Cooking

Lock the lid securely before heating.

Cooking using a microwave below 700W only.

Please adjust heating time according to your microwave power setting.

Microwave Salad Chicken Cooker

Salad Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast : approx. 200g

  • Water : 100ml 

Seasoning (A)

  • Sugar : 1/3 tsp

  • Salt : 1/2 tsp

  • Umami seasoning : a small amount

  • Cooking sake : 1 tbsp

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken

Use a fork to poke holes throughout the chicken breast.

Rub in seasoning A evenly.​

2. Add Water

Pour 100ml of water into the container, then place the seasoned chicken breast inside.

3. Microwave Heating

Close the lid and microwave according to the following guide : 

  • 500W : 7 min 30 sec 

  • 600W : 6 min

4. Steam After Heating

After heating, keep the microwave door closed and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Heating time may vary depending on chicken size and microwave model.

  • Please ensure chicken is fully cooked before eating.

  • Do not use above 700W.

Microwave Vegetable Steamer

How to Steam Vegetables

Instructions

1. Add Water

     Place the inner tray into the container and add about 2 tablespoons of water.

     For easier handling, align the handles of the tray and container in opposite directions.

​2. Arrange Vegetables

     Wash and cut vegetables into suitable sizes, then place them onto the tray.

3. Microwave Heating

      Cover with the lid and heat in the microwave.​

Notes

Microwave Ramen Cooker

How to Use

Ingredients

  • Instant ramen noodles

  • Preferred toppings such as chashu pork, spring onion, vegetables, egg, etc.

Step 1

Pour the amount of water indicated on the instant noodle package into the cooker.

Hot water above 90°C may also be used.

Step 2

Add the instant noodles into the cooker.

If adding vegetables, finely chop them and place them into the cooker before the noodles.

 

For easier cooking, soft vegetables such as bean sprouts, cabbage, napa cabbage, or spinach are recommended.

Step 3 Microwave Heating

Close the lid and heat in the microwave.

When cooking with room-temperature water

  • 500W : Package cooking time + 4 minutes

  • 600W : Package cooking time + 3 minutes

When cooking with hot water (90°C or above)

  • 500W : Package cooking time + 30 seconds

  • 600W : Use the cooking time stated on the package

Step 4

Carefully remove the cooker from the microwave.

Add the soup base included with the noodles and mix well.

Top with your favourite ingredients and enjoy.

Notes

  • Heating times are approximate and may vary depending on the microwave, noodle type, ingredient quantity, and personal texture preference.

  • Adjust heating time if adding large amounts of ingredients.

  • Do not use with microwave settings above 700W.

  • Handle carefully after heating as the container becomes hot.

Microwave Fried Egg Cooker

1. Fried Egg (目玉焼き)

Ingredients

  • 1  egg 

  • 1 tsp water

Instructions

  1. Crack the egg into the container.

        To prevent bursting, poke several holes in the yolk with a fork or chopsticks and gently cut through the egg white a few times

  2.   Add  1 teaspoon of water over the egg.  (The indentation inside the lid can be used to measure approximately 1 teaspoon.)

  3.   Close the lid and microwave.

Heating Time Guide

  • 500W : Approx. 1 minute

  • 600W : Approx. 50 seconds

Adjust heating time according to your preferred firmness.

Notes

  • Adjust the heating time accordingly to your preferred egg doneness.

  • Do not heat with seasonings added.

  • Heating times above are for reference only and may vary depending on the microwave oven and other conditions.

  • If not fully heated, continue heating in 10-second intervals while checking the condition.

  • Do not use with microwave settings above 700W.

2. Japanese-Style Crab Omelette (和風カニ玉)

Ingredients

  • 1  egg 

  • 2 crab sticks

  • Chopped green onion (as desired)

  • 1 tsp water

  • 1 tsp shirodashi (Japanese soup seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Add the egg, shredded crab sticks, and chopped green onion into the container and mix well.

        Cutting through the egg white several times helps achieve more even cooking.

  2.   Add  1 teaspoon each of water and shirodashi.  (The lid indentation can be used as a measuring spoon.)

  3.   Close the lid and microwave.

Heating Time Guide

  • 600W : Approx. 1 minute 10 seconds

Adjust heating time according to your preferred texture.

Notes

  • Adjust the heating time accordingly to your preferred texture and doneness.

  • Do not heat with oil, sugar, or other seasonings added.
